Russia’s Gazprom Neft to pay 15 rbl/share in dividends for 2020

MOSCOW, Jun 15 (PRIME) -- The shareholders of Russian oil company Gazprom Neft have approved a decision to pay a total of 15 rubles per share in dividends for 2020, including a 5 ruble dividend the company paid for January–September and final dividends of 10 rubles per share, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.

The record date for the dividends is June 25.

For 2019, the company paid a record amount of 37.96 rubles per share, or a total of 180 billion rubles – 45% of the company’s net profit calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), in final and interim dividends.

Gas giant Gazprom owns 95.68% in Gazprom Neft.
